At first I was skeptical, but figured that what I saved in ink would buy a new printer if they "ruined the printer" as the manufacturers advertise. That never happened. I'm not certain why but I always assumed that laser was much better than inkjet for photos but I have now bought and received a Cannon Pixma MX922. I have also ordered a 6 pack of ink sets from you. Matte paper printing is surprisingly beautiful! All-in-all, I think it's an incredible monster (quite large) that has every other feature that I use and need and a bargain. We have been buying CCS-Digital cartridges for about 4 years. We rarely have a problem and when we do, they immediately take care of it. They also add extra cartridges to almost every order, so you can say they take care of it in advance. I'm sure we save a couple of hundred dollars over buying genuine Epson cartridges.

Honesty, integrity, extremely knowledgeable, extensive product line, very good pricing. Quality products. CCS-Digital has been supplying refillable and single use cartridges for both my Epson Artisan 1430 and Work Force 7610. I have had absolutely no difficulties with their cartridges or bottled ink. I've previously tried 4 other 3rd party ink suppliers. CCS-Digital bested them all. Additionally, I would not buy any printer unless CCS-Digital had compatible cartridges for it. I am not an employee nor an associate, just a very satisfied customer.

(Copy of a letter to a non-profit). Hello. I am visiting my son in Chandler, AZ and am trying to decide how best to donate his no-longer-used desktop PC, monitor, and Canon Pixma iP1700 printer. I found your website via a Google search, but noticed under the heading "What don't you accept?" that you won't accept used inkjet printers because "Inkjet printers can be problematic due to the cost of the ink and various repairs. Often times it’s less expensive to buy a new inkjet printer that comes with ink." My son has an extra black and color cartridge with his working printer. My main reason for writing is because I agree that the cost of ink is outrageous if you purchase it at a regular retail outlet or directly from the printer manufacturer, but I want to make you aware of an incredible source for purchasing high-quality ink cartridges at extremely low prices so you might reconsider accepting good condition used printers for the good of your refugee clients, and to hopefully save you money by not having to buy as many new printers. The ink source is a company called Complete Computer Services ( in New York. The owner, Izzy, is a wonderful guy who doesn't just sell low-cost high-quality ink cartridges. He has a passion for educating people about computers, printers, and ink cartridges. I believe that he could be a great resource for you in your mission. Izzy, I got my ink cartridges in the mail today. Perfect timing, as the cyan and magenta carts in the printer were just about empty. I went with Epson because I was pissed off at HP. I should have done my homework. The Workforce Pro 3750 I got works beautifully. But aftermarket carts for this printer don't exist. I looked everywhere, Alibaba, French websites, U.K. websites. Nada, zip, zilch. That's how I came across CCS- Digital. I did a lot of reading on your website and even went out and got a Canon Pixma MX922 based on your recommendations. I'm very happy with the printer. I'm very happy with your ink. I'm just a happy friggin' guy right now. Thanks, man.

Canon pgi270/cli271 Feedback from a first time customer: I received my order in a very timely manner. I did not write at the time it arrived because I did not install the ink cartridges until just this week. The order was sent directly from the warehouse on August 1st. The tracking number worked well and it arrived, in fact, a bit sooner than I had anticipated. The cartridges, themselves, arrived in perfect condition and are now functioning properly. I was especially pleased that my Cannon Pixma MG 5720 recognized and registered the new ink levels! This has not been my experience with other brands. It was my first time ordering ink from your company and will certainly do so in the future. I will also pass along my good experience to our local PC User Group. I've had a standing rule that we would not get a printer unless I first checked your website for Izzy's compatible cartridges because I want to buy "only" from Izzy (that's how extraordinarily well you have treat me over the years, and I show my appreciation with loyalty). If Izzy doesn't have compatibles for a particular printer, it's a no-go on that printer -- very simple.

I am amazed! I wrote this to you about a week ago: "I also have a Epson Photo RX500 and no colors work. It has been idle for a while because it will not work on Windows 7. I could not find a hole in the posts sticking up so I applied some fluid on the post and a drop in the cartridge holes and replaced them. I guess time will tell. Maybe I will be lucky like that guy who put it in the garage for months?" Today I tried a B & W copy and it worked, so next I tried a color copy and was amazed at how your 'Print Head Cleaner' restored my printer. Thanks for a great product!

T078 reusable, T252XL, TN660 toner About a year ago I purchased some ink replacement carts from Izzy and was having some problems getting them to work in my printer. It was late Saturday night, about 10:30 or so, and I figured I would send Izzy an email while the details were fresh in my mind and maybe get a response on Monday. What do you know but I immediately get a response back from him! We went back and forth with emails a few times and he finally said he would call me because it would be easier. Not on Monday but that very night at 10:30 central time and that would be 11:30 Eastern time. He courteously walked me through the process and got my new carts working. I have never forgotten how he went so far beyond what anyone would expect and have recommended CCS to all who will listen.

T200XL and T126 refillable Hi Izzy! I just want to say thanks for the advice & help you've given me over the past couple of years. I'm all set up with my printer; when a color goes low, I fill it back up, top off the others and I'm good to go. Thank goodness that my current Epson printer (a WF 2530) ASKS me if I want to continue with non-Epson cartridges, then shuts up and runs just fine. I never, EVER accept updates from Epson and have warned my daughters not to do it at their mom's house either. Life is good!

I suspect that the ink cartridges that come with the printer are low-volume, so I am putting in my first order for back-up ink. T079 Refillable Izzy, First off, I cannot say enough about how great your refillable cartridges and inks have performed for me here. I have had great performance from these for nearly two years now and I do a LOT of printing on paper, transfer sheets, and on CD's so I went ahead and just ordered another two sets of the cartridges and a set of the large ink bottles today. I purchased a new Epson 1430 a few months ago and have been printing a huge amount of gift greeting cards and CD's that go in them for our new site at We will be using a lot more of your products now that we have officially launched. Since we are actually fulfilling orders with custom branded CD's in the greeting cards, and printing cards as they are ordered, and not having them bulk printed someplace else, our demand for ink and probably cartridges will increase over the next few months by a lot. Also, I have been printing on transfer sheets and transferring the image directly to 1/8 inch birch wood and then laser cutting those panels into custom cut puzzles. Your inks are working perfectly for that as well. Take care,

T252XL cartridges Izzy, remember when I told you about the humidity affecting my ability to print? Well…it turns out that the humidity is a HUGE factor. I run my cool air humidifier for about 4 hours before I start to print, and I get MORE pages per cartridge. Even the paper works better - I had NO jams this time, and I usually have at least two or three times where any paper I buy jams up. I had nearly no paper waste this last time, and I couldn’t believe I printed 1,320 copies with only two ink sets (2 each color, 3 black)!!!! I'm thinkin’ WHAT? That can’t be possible! But I’m telling you that is the truth. I did an 8 page issue this time. So two sheets, 11x17, both sides, full color, and two sheets, 8.5 x 11, full color, both sides. Pretty impressive.

T200 refillable Hi Izzy, I just finished a major printing job (my first children's cd: 100 music cd labels, two 4x4 labels for each sleeve and a double-sided half-sheet of liner notes for each cd.) At the tail end, I ran out of ink. It was SO gratifying to reach into a drawer, pull out my CCS-Digital backup supplies, top off all my refillable cartridges and finish the job. T126 Refillable cartridges Dear CCS-Digital… I thought you might like a little positive feedback re: your CCS Refillable cartridges. A few months back (April I think), I purchased the first of two, sets-of-4 refillable cartridges for my Epson WF-3540, plus some ink. Today, I successfully replaced the first 4 CCS cartridges with the second set of 4 (also refilling the 1st set, with no issues). Everything went smoothly…as it did the last time…but there are a couple of interesting “behavioral changes” the printer has developed. With 4 factory Epson cartridges, the process for re-initialization after installation typically took around 3 minutes (maybe a bit longer), and frequently included two or three cartridge “re-install” screens… even when I was absolutely, 100% dead-certain that the cartridges were all seated properly. With your CCS Refillable cartridges, the re-initialization process now takes close to 6 minutes; but after three separate, 4-cartridge installations, I haven't gotten a single “re-install” screen during the process. Interestingly, my printer will sometimes (but only rarely) randomly flash a “re-install” screen for a particular cartridge; but if I just lift the lid assembly and set it back down…without removing/re-installing the cartridge… the screen will often go away and the printer will work. I could never do this with factory Epson cartridges, and often when a “re-install” was required for a nearly-full cartridge, a few days later a “cartridge empty” screen would come up, followed a couple of days later by the printer refusing to work at all. Your cartridges not only match the function of factory cartridges, they also prevent the arbitrary (and massively frustrating) shut-down of the printer due to false estimates of ink levels. Your Epson WorkForce refillable cartridges work exactly as advertized, and I am very happy to have found CCS-Digital. You can be sure that I will continue to sing your praises to others. Just thought I’d let you know how the cleaning of my Epson NX 420 went especially after you took the time to talk about what to try to get it working (the problem was that the nozzle test showed no black, but the sensor recognized black ink in the tank & I couldn’t see any empty areas in the reusables.) Unfortunately it didn’t work. I gave up & got a refurb XP 820. The refillable inks I got from you were recognized with the same message you said you got when installing your daughter’s new printer. ("not genuine epson cartridges. Do you wish to proceed?") When trying to print I had a problem with the blue cartridge & finally figured out that the hole beneath the tape on the blue was not open - worked fine after I opened it up w/ a knife. T126 refillable cartridges Hello again Izzy… My order got here yesterday (talk about fast), and just a few minutes ago I finished installing the first set of 4 cartridges in my Epson WF-3540. As a precaution (and based upon the way my printer had been behaving) I decided to perform your recommended procedure of turning the power on and off four times before replacing the cartridges. The installation went perfectly; no “cartridge not recognized” or other problem flags. The printer cycled through the standard initialization process for all 4 cartridges, and then returned to the MENU screen on the control panel. There were no glitches of any kind. My first test print was excellent: good color & resolution, and no ink streaking. Thanks very much, Izzy! Your refillable cartridges work really well, and have solved a very annoying problem. I will be ordering refill ink from you in the near future. P.S.- Thanks for the BLACK ink freebie!

head cleaner, T069 single use, Canon BCI-3 First I want to thank you for the printer head cleaner! After several years or not using my Epson workforce 600, everything was dried to the point that no amount of head cleaning even budged it. Nothing at all would print out. After a few hours of using your cleaner, part of the head came back to life. So I recleaned it with you cleaner and let it soak for a week. The black works perfectly!! The color still has some lines in it, but everyday I use it, it gets better and better! Thanks for everything!!

Now I've removed all the others and filled it with 6 of your cartridges. This of course says nothing about the efficacy of my printer itself in the long run, but for the moment I am up and printing ... mission accomplished. head cleaner - customer was going to toss the printer! Well, I used the cleaner last night and let it sit about 14hrs before running it. I had to do three head cleanings, but after the third, the nozzle check was perfect. My printer went from NO yellow or light magenta and extremely spotty cyan to fully functional. T126 refillable cartridges Purchased WF-3520 in Jan of 2013 and right away ordered refillable cartridges from you. What a blessing. Just ran a status sheet. 4669 Color Pages, and 1438 Black and White pages. That all with not even all the supplies from my first kit. 100ml. of each of the four colors. Almost half of the color ink is still left but it is time for black ink. If a printer cound not use this ink system I would not buy it, period.

There is an ink god, after all. Thanks, Izzy. You're a character I am happy to have met. Wow, a company with real customer service and working products as advertised. If the warning in the online instructions about mixing cartridges may cause streaking, inaccurate color, then I was willing to mix this replaceable cartridge with my recently purchased, and full, Epsons already in the printer. I wanted to replace my empty cyan. My Epson Workforce 520 recognized CCS-Digital's replaceable cyan cartridge, charged, and printed in color the first time without any flaws. I bought this printer in August, 2013 For those of us on a budget, and we are a retired couple, this ink savings is a real boost to our bottom line each month. For those lurkers on the website who are on the fence I can say my Epson is completely compatible with CCS-Digital's solutions.

Someone had kicked it to the curb - no carts - so I took a chance and put in Epson carts, but it was so clogged I wasted a lot of ink (mainly black) trying to get an acceptable print pattern. I scoured the 'net and tried the "windex on the park pad" trick without much luck. Then I started getting the "not recognized" runaround. T060 reusable cartridges It's so nice doing business with you, I thought I'd share a tip. I needed to print a mailing ad on photo stock, with a photo on one side, and mailing address on the other. I experimented with different manufacturer's 4" x 6" photo paper, and got bleeding on all brands except for genuine Kodak photo paper. On the other brands, the ink wouldn't dry and would smear even after a couple of days. If any other of your clients have any complaints or need guidance for photo printing, you can recommend Kodak paper, as it took the ink perfectly. I didn't test for longevity, but my 1 year old samples still look good. Best Regards,

Two executives ( HP and Cannon), were being interviewed on a cable business channel. They were being questioned as to why their stock price is trading 50% below the highs, when other large cap companies are trading at all time highs as the market rallies. The host continued by stating that 75% of revenue is generated from printer ink sales at 4 to 5 hundred percent margins. He then displayed the charts showing the data. He further questioned them if aftermarket companies have made any impact on their revenue streams therefore affecting shareholder stock prices. They both answered in a way that blamed labor costs, and competition from other major technology companies, but dispelled the fact that they lost revenue to Internet companies. However they had a third guest that was a market analyst that stated the reason was predominately due to aftermarket companies and Internet start ups that offered printer ink at a fraction of the cost. They then gave a snapshot of the 5 top companies that offered printer ink at these low prices. Your company ( was listed. The only response from the two executives was that you take a risk buying non oem products. As to your comment that you don't advertise. Just to the contrary, once you offered a product to the public you began advertising, and the customer is of course the best form of advertisement. If your product is junk you fail, if it works you got it right.

head cleaner Hi Izzy, Please feel free to post my comments on your site. I'm sure that there are thousands, if not more, that NEED to know about this product and what it can do. I would like to take a moment to say THANK – YOU for the product you offered. I spent about $250 on my printer and was getting ready to throw it in the trash because it just wouldn’t print properly. I came across your product and figured, why not and gave it a shot. Although it did not work for me the first time I tried, I was patient and gave it a second chance. This time allowing the product to sit overnight. Well, I certainly am glad that I did. Today, I ran the nozzle pattern check and then performed two factory head cleanings, and to my delight, I now have a printer that works like it did the day I bought it. I will confess that I did use a lot more of the product than is probably needed but I don’t care because I ordered the bigger bottle and the results were definitely worth it. I have your web-page saved to my favorites and if / when I need more, I know exactly where to get what I need and at a very low price along with super-fast shipping. Thanks Again,

purchased single use T069 Thank you! My printer is printing like a new printer again, and I will definitely be ordering again. The cleaning process was rather easy. I let the printer sit about 24 hrs with the cartridges in before plugging it back in. That's when my problems began. The cartridge/print head assembly moved to the far right, and made a high pitched squeal, followed by a error message "A Printer error has occurred. Turn off power then back on again. If problem persists, see the manual." Finally, searching for a solution to the problem, found a remedy on a message board that worked for someone. Move the carriage to the Left Side, Power On the printer and slightly lift up and jiggle when it gets to the area where the error occurred, helping guide it along. I don't know why, but this worked! It now works great and the colors look better than this printer has for months! Thank you again

I have been dealing with (other brand) for years. They used to be personable, local, inexpensive and reliable. But recently I noticed a change, and their customer service, although they treat you nicely and politely, is tedious with them stringing you along endlessly until they finally give in and send you another useless cartridge if you have the time to go through all the BS you already went through using the cleaning utilities and nozzle checks--wasting ink away on my Epson NX230. Well, I finally Googled my problem, and it came up with your site and a forum about head cleaning. bought t0273XL for XP-800 Hi Izzy, I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that I was able to install the big black cartridge on my Epson XP-800 with no issues! Yes I got the warning from the printer telling me I was using a non-Epson cartridge but I followed your instructions to the T and I was able to print a document. The quality was pretty good too! I haven't installed the other color ink cartridges but I am sure they will be just as great. I am very pleased I found your site. Now I can continue to purchase ink cartridges from CCS and not feel like I am throwing my money away! Now, if you can get me those refillable ink cartridges for my printer I would be ecstatic! Yours is the only newsletter from any sort of vendor I have ever subscribed to (on purpose), and I always find it entertaining and helpful. ordered T069 refillable I received my order yesterday, and replaced the cyan and yellow (the ones the printer said were empty) Epson cartridges with yours. In my case, your cyan and yellow cartridges played nicely alongside the Epson magenta and black. Even with only half the cartridges replaced, the colors seemed brighter/deeper, especially the greens. I was concerned that the dye-based stuff might bleed more than the Epson pigment-based inks, but I can't tell any difference in sharpness. Thanks,

Hi Izzy, I would like to just take this moment and say THANK YOU. I am a professional photographer. I use both the Epson Aristan 730 and the 835 printers. I use a continuous pump for both printers. They are by far the best quality printers that I have found. I have spent almost $700.00 for these two printers. My 835 print head went up while I was printing a huge job. I could not find anyone who knew how to fix it. It sat for almost 2 months. I finally found someone who would look at it for $150.00 with no promises. I started to google some information and came across your website. I called you and talked to you and you were very professional in regards in explaining to me in what I had to do. I ordered the large bottle of cleaning solution, got it yesterday. I did what you said and let it stay in overnight. Got up this morning like a child on Christmas morning ran to my printer ( a little scared). The printer is working like new. I have called all my photographer friends and told them about you. Hi, I ordered a set of refillable cartridges and for my artisan 710 a couple of months ago and have now had a chance to put them through their paces printing a couple of hundred large format photos. I observe the following: -the ink performs flawlessly -refilling the cartridges was relatively simple and clean once I got a system going. The Artisan 710 has always hated having its cartridges replaced, even before I used yours: air seemed to enter the ink channel and cause one or more colours to stop printing. It was a rarity to not have to use up 1/3 of a cartridge of in head cleaning cycles to pump the air out and restore a proper nozzle check pattern again. Your refillables seem much better because the ink seems to flow much better without the internal foam/sponge that replacement cartridges have.

this letter went on for several pages, so I condensed it to save space Hello Izzy, Recently I bought a new "Artisan 50", and the ink that came with it just ran out. So I'm getting ready to put in the "refillable" ink that I received from you about a week ago. As I was looking for the ink, I remembered that I never replied to this e-mail. When I originally read this e-mail from you, I thought to myself, "Offering to look at my SEO. Hey, that's really nice of him." And I was going to reply, but I got distracted on something else before I could respond. Okay, I don't want to bore you anymore with this stuff; you have things to do. I just wanted to say that I wasn't surprised when you offered to take a look at my SEO (I've told people that your SEO pdf is the best $19 they will ever spend). It goes along with what you so skillfully convey on your website. Whenever the subject of printers or printer-ink comes up, I always tell them about your website. A while ago, I had a customer of mine tell me about this website that sells cheap ink. And I immediately said, "STOP! Before you buy anything, I want you to check out this website (yours)." I told him that while the pricing may be similar, he would be better served doing business with your website instead. And, of course, he asked me, "Why?" And I simply told him that he'll be dealing with a business that has a "heartbeat". A business that is made out of "flesh and blood". I told him, if you want to do business with a website that has no "soul" behind it, then be my guest. The site you found is "cold". It's nothing but "circuits" and "diodes". Just take a look at this guys site, and it won't take you too long to wish that EVERY business would adopt his business ideology. You'll be dealing with someone that will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy. Now he doesn't say that in so many words, but you'll quickly get a sense of exactly what kind of person you're dealing with -- someone that cares. I've never met him, but I'll bet he's the kinda guy that would lay down his jacket so a lady could walk over a puddle. With this other place, you'll be dealing with some underpaid person that doesn't get paid enough to really care about the business they're working for, and by extension; care even less about you. With this website, you'll be dealing with the person that cares most about the business -- THE OWNER! Okay, I hope I haven't taken too much of your time. And I'm so glad you have "refillable" cartridges now because that really gets the ink price down. I love it! And thank you again for offering to look at my SEO. Very satisfied. Reading all the hype from Epson about only using Epson brand cartridges made me skeptical about purchasing knock off inkjet cartridges. But also paying over $13.00 a pop for the Epson cartridges was also getting old. I ordered a small quantity order from ccs-digital and was pleasantly surprised with their quality. Everything the website claims. Great color and they do hold more ink than the Epson cartridges. You cannot beat the price and when factoring the value of your time and gas to travel to the store it makes it even a better value ordering from ccs-digital. The most impressive aspect of ccs-digital is, that after ordering over 100 cartridges, I experienced a problem with three black cartridges. I emailed the website and within 20 minutes received a phone call from the owner with technical advise on working through the problem. After several unsuccessful attempts he informed me that he would be mailing me replacements at no charge. I received the replacements within 3 days! Anyone can market and sell a product but it is rare when you find a company that actually backs their products without a big run around.

Dear Sirs: I am very pleased with the product: CleanerPro-Epson_Head__cleaner. The head cleaner saved an Epson cx8400 from the electronic scrap heap. One head was not printing at all and the others a little more. I tried other remedies found on the web that only seemed to make matters worse. After checking the cost of a brand name printer and bulk tanks for heavy graphics printing, I decided to give cleaning one last shot. Ordered and received the Epson cleaner from your site and after one application plus an 8 to 9 hour wait the printer was fully restored. Total savings for me = $300+. Thank you very much. Hi Izzy, I used the cleaner on my Artisan 810 and it worked great. I had two colors that had run out and I hadn't caught them in time. Both nozzles were not working, so I feared they were beyond hope. I used the cleaner the first time with no results. I almost gave up thinking that the heads were gone. But your article said to try and leave it for a longer time than just 5 hours. So I used the cleaner again and let the printer set for 2 days. I also left it on. Low and behold when I printed something on it after leaving it for that time, it printed perfectly. Actually it looked like a better print than I was getting before. Thanks for making this available at such a great price. I am a customer for life now. Thanks for all your great help.

Dear Izzy, Unbelievable! About ten emails have gone between us since March 1st concerning my printer. I cleaned those nozzles enough times to use up i/3 of the cleaning solution and nothing was happening. I didn't see the printer print magenta since January and really thought it must be broken. I went through 10 cartridges from Carrot Ink and got error after error, problem after problem. Every time things started to look a little bit promising, my hopes were dashed. I kept persisting, due to your recommendation of the printer and the fact that you wrote back again and again. I was impressed by your enthusiasm (though I was cursing Epson) so I continued. Maybe it's because you are a fellow NYer and I kind of think of you at this point like the Dr. Bronner of ink cartridges that I kept on it, inspired by your stories of printers loosening up after a few days or weeks. Kind of like printhead constipation that can be cured if done right. The appreciation of your customers also had the effect on me of really wanting to make this printer work again, though I thought that for the amount of time I was putting into this, I could more easily just buy a new printer. I was really at the end of my rope on Monday when I got your last missive. There was practically nothing coming out of the printer, just a bit of patchy nonsense, no black, no magenta, cyan disappeared, magenta not seen in nearly 3 months. I complained to Carrot, they said to send the cartridges back for refund. So I took the remaining carts out of the printer and thought OK, i can throw the printer out or give it one more last go, cost be damned. So I injected the heads one last time, reset the printer, and put your new color carts in it as well as two new black Epson cartridges (since I'd drained 2 of the 3 black carts you sent me accidentally). If it didn't print properly, as it hadn't in a few months, I'd throw it out, period, and never bother you again or bother with an Epson printer. With little real hope, but resolve to make a final decision today, I printed a nozzle check, expecting nothing. Lo and behold! I can't believe my eyes! It started printing nearly perfectly right off the bat. I ran a couple of nozzle checks and it looked great. A couple of prints of color charts and it is restored. I'm now a true believer in your advice and am glad I persisted with your encouragement. Thank you ever so much. I'm buying ink from you from now on and shall recommend your products to all my friends. I'll send another order for carts right away.

This customer has an Artisan 837 which - along with the 730 - doesn't always recognize refillable cartridges. We sent him a free refillable to try along with a set of regular cartridges. Hi Izzy: The order was received today...only 2 days; amazing. I replaced the black with one of your black single use carts and the printer recognized it as OEM stuff. Since I was on a lucky streak, I inserted the test refillable you sent and it recognized it also as OEM stuff. Good riddance OEM's! I'm happier than a clam at low tide.

A 70+ woman in California wrote a long letter about all the issues she was having with compatible cartridges she had purchased locally. We sent her three different sets to try out, regular, reusable and refillable. This is her response: 1000 thanks Izzy, you are the greatest Just went to the mailbox and found your package with the cartridges. Immediately I went with the new Epson C82+ through the routine recommended by you (turning the printer 4-5 times off and on without cartridges). Then I installed the full set of your refillable cartridges into this printer, which was the most difficult printer, and bingo it worked. What a relief. Then I did the same routine with the older Epson C82+, installing the brand new (reusable) cartridges with tanks, and a second bingo. It worked too. Absolutely amazing. I trust now fully that also the third set will work when the time comes and they need to be installed. Obviously the cartridges from the Californian supplier have a compatibility problem, not yours. In the beginning of the coming month I will pay you for this shipment and I will probably order additionally some refill inks. I had those from you before and they worked fine then. I feel more comfortable with the refillable kind, or with your single use cartridges, your brand only. You state on your Website that you guarantee that your cartridges will work, and this statement is 100% justified. I probably will send you all my leftover cartridges from the California supplier, but don't want anything in return for those. I would not try to install those again, because they were the ones that started the incompatability problem. I am eternally grateful to you for getting me up and running again, now already for the second time. I must say you really go above and beyond your call of duty. I would anytime recommend you and would even add my word and promise for proper functioning to my recommendation. Thank you so much, Izzy. Hello, I usually print something out at lest twice a week and have never had a problem but today my Epson WorkForce 615 was "skipping" and "fading" every 4th and 5th line in black. Followed your instructions (with the cleaner) except waiting 5 hours - I needed a schematic immediately. Everything was back to normal on the first page - took me less then 5 minutes total time. Izzy, I had a bad clog (didn't know it). Thought my printer was shot. Before giving up went to your web site and saw the page for the cleaning kit. My printer had the same symptoms. Ordered it. Got it. Watched the YouTube link. Waited 8 hours. No joy. Went back to your web site. Read the part about a printer sitting for a month before the clog cleared. Figured, try again. Waited four hours. No joy. Dejection. Figured damaged print head. Nonetheless, tried again. Waited a day. Plugged it back in. Said Yellow was bad. Did the replacement (have you refill cartriges--yah!)---cha ching! using our head cleaner on a clogged printer I pulled all 4 cartridges per the instructions. Added fluid to all four ports. Waited for about 6 hours. After several attempts, things started improving. Izzy, besides buying your reusable ink tanks for my Epsons, I wanted you to know that I check here often and have learned a great many things from your site. Thank you so much for all the free advice. You are the best! I wanted to pass along to you that, as often as possible, I recommend your site. I just commented on a Yahoo Shine page titled Upgrade Your Life: How to save on printer ink costs which mostly had to do with refilling. My comment is below. I have 2 fairly new Epson printers and the ink cartridges have a chip that burns out when the printer decides they are empty so they can not be refilled. After days of web searching, I found a company that sells a way around it. For $28 initial set up (Artesian 710) you get 6 reusable cartridges and 6 color tanks. The tanks snap in and out of the reusable cartridges and hold twice as much ink as the OE Epson cartridges. After that, refill tanks are only $3 each. They also have great deals on cartridges for HP, Brother, Canon and laser toner as well as cleaner and refill kits. These people are wonderful to deal with and shipping is fast and dependable. Google ccs-digital. I know this sounds like a commercial but, because of this company, I can afford to actually use my printers again.

I saw your website in January of 2011 when I ran out of ink. I was very impressed with you over abundance of information on your website. I just had to call. After issues with other brands, this customer almost reluctantly tried ours. She first wrote to say our chip looked like the same bad ones which hadn't worked before and not like the good ones on genuine Epson. I wrote back to say "good" chip and "bad" chips can not be determined by sight. It's the programming which determines if they will work or not. She had nothing to lose by trying since we offered a full money back guarantee. Thanks, Izzy. After cleaning the head, and checking the nozzles a few times..all of the reusable cartridges work. I just knew the chip that LOOKED like that didn’t work with the old company vs. the ones that looked the other way, did…so thus, my use of “good” and “bad.” I’m delighted these are working though! Thanks for responding so quickly! I’ll certainly be buying more from you in the future!

Thanks for the tips! Just wanted to let you know, I cleaned the cartridge container again, and followed your suggestions with on/off and now it's working again! In the words of Churchill, Never give up...or, I'm not going to let a dumb printer beat me. I still ordered the Artisan 710. Time to recycle my old 620 or give it to one of my kids. It still scans fine and most folks don't print much anymore anyway. I gave you a guys an attaboy recommendation on When the time comes, you've got yourself another customer. Thanks Izzy for getting me back to work! I am a small business owner (professional artist) who depends heavily on "printers". My Epson workforce 40 printer used for my office printing, announced over the weekend that it would not work anymore with the recycled cartridges I was using (Not yours). I might add I had been using them for some time now, so I was puzzled to say the least when some messaged "cartridge not recognized". Then I went looking to find out why and accidentally found CCS on a google search. After reading on your site what Epson does to it's consumers to keep them buying expensive ink, I was incensed. I have a policy of giving 200% customer service in my business. You meet my standards for customer service! You spent time on the phone to explain why the other guys ink cartridges wouldn't work anymore and kindly offered support and help to get me the cartridges you supply that will work. And they did!! My Artisan 810 prints exceptional photos. I've been using 3rd party inks since I first bought it and they produce superior output. Incidentally, you might like to know that I showed a couple of examples of pictures printed on the Artisan 810 with the OEM inks and with your inks. In all cases, the people who saw them chose YOUR inks. They thought the colors were slightly richer and the whites whiter. Interesting. I use paper from, which is water impervious. I really like your replacement system and having 3x the ink/cartridge is a real plus. I print with abandon rather than sparingly with the OEM cartridges.

I received the cartridges and I had concerns...I was weary to try them because............I previously purchased a set very much like the ones you sent .....they look identical ..sadly...they were not recognized by my I took a real close look and they ARE different...the bad ones were 4.1V...yours are 6.v...the pin positions on both are the locations line up fine with the square I tried the cartridges and they fired right up......YIPPEEEE.........Obviously you know what you are will have my business from now on..................

I LOVE YOU! Seriously. I have been trying to print a form for school for weeks now but was not able to afford the $80 Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow cartridges for my printer. I have a black one but apparently, I can't print a black/gray document without the CMY. Go figure. Just placed my second order with you (Epson Artisan 50 6 pack). I am still in disbelief at your company. I expect there to be a catch but have found none. Your ink prices are crazy low and work perfectly. I have never had a problem replacing my Epson Cartridges one at a time with your cartridges. I just had to replace two at a time and my print quality fell to pieces. My Epson owner's manual had no advice. Thinking it might be due to replacing 2 cartridges at a time, I visited your website. I did my first "full" page, and it doesn't look any different the my Hi Definition ink. I printed out a scrapbook page, with photos. The background was slightly different, but the photo's were ok. Very good print. Hope it keeps up, you will have a regular customer.

I figured that only made sense as Epsons are so finicky. For your information, I get much better print-outs now than with the original Epson cartridges. I got my tank order in and wanted to drop a quick line of thanks. I have been grinding on some of my friends to just buy an Epson for which you supply cartridges and make life easy. I had the tanks stacked on the counter and decided to take a shot of them before putting them away. I attached it along with the rights to use it at your will and whim. I printed them up 4 to a page of cheap (XpedX nee Nationwide Papers) photo paper. I hand them out instead of wasting my breath.

Good news, I did a test print the other day on clear digital transfer and on White opaque transfer paper. Normally when I print on Opaque paper I have to lay down more ink, but with yours I did it in regular mode and it covered the print very well. The regular transfer paper printed color in the design very well and then I washed both of them last night and they look great. The print on white shirts looks good and seems to have softer feel than the regular Epson ink (maybe because it's a dye ink?)

You’re right about being cheaper to buy a new Epson printer (as opposed to buying cartridges for another brand). In fact, I’ve done a spreadsheet (attached, if you’re curious) comparing total cost of ownership of an Epson Stylus NX515 compared to some relatively cheap color laser printers. It turns out that the cost per year for the Epson printer (given some assumptions such as printing 6,000 pages per year) is around one-fourth the cost of the laser printers. This is definitely contrary to everything that I had heard when comparing laser printers to inkjet printers.

Hi Izzy. I loaded up the cartridges in my Artisan 800 and so far am very impressed. No problem getting them to work at all. The B/W text print quality is at least as good as original Epson stuff as well as the color print quality to paper. What really impressed me were the color photo prints on photo paper, truly excellent. I'm not a pro, but I think the quality is superior to Epson's stuff. Also, the ink seems more resistant to smearing than Epson ink. If these cartridges continue to work as well as they are now, I'll definitely be reordering.

Its New Year's day, 2010, and I am getting a jump start on some of the paperwork involved in running a healthcare center. In an effort to contain some of the ongoing expenses involved in operating our computer systems and printers, I have been on a quest to lower our printer maintenance costs. Several weeks ago I ordered bottles of ink and all of the supplies, including a little gadget to reset the electronics on each cartridge, in an effort to refill the cartridges in one of our many Epson printers. It was an unmitigated disaster. Besides the incredible mess, the leaking cartridges and the risky use of syringes, my printer, which was purchased several months ago was not outsmarted in the least by my efforts. It simply refused to work. I was ready to give up and purchase "genuine" Epson cartridges, until my assistant looked online and found your company. I spent a considerable amount of time reading your information and looking at your products. The bottom line is that I ordered Epson compatible cartridges and just installed them today. They work like a charm! What an incredible savings of money, the print quality is perfect and the printer accepts them completely. The old cartridges I still had for my CX3810 were found to be Not Compatible by the printer (The Cyan went empty) When I replaced it with a compatible from Carrot which I have dealt with for over 5 years, it refused to take it and the printer was "dead in the water". I have to say I was more than a little skeptical when I ordered the Epson T-0691 combination cartridges from you - to replace "remanufactured/refurbished" cartridges I recently had bought from one of your many competitors who also claimed those cartridges were "just as good or better" than Epson OEM. Well they weren't; not by a long shot. They nearly incapacitated my Workforce 30 (sure, it's a cheap printer but I like it and it works). But reading through tomes of information on your site (much of it by Izzy, I think) convinced me you knew what you were talking about. I especially liked the tip about keeping the printer on all the time. So, when your cartridges arrived today, only 2 days after ordering! - it was with some trepidation that I installed the whole set, wondering if I was going to deal my dear printer a fatal blow. The first test pattern looked good for black (which wasn't printing at all before) but very spotty for C, M and Y. I ran a clean cycle, tried another test pattern and it was worse. I thought I was sunk. But recalling some of Izzy's advice, I printed a color photo from Photoshop, ran two more cleaning cycles and, VOILA, - it printed beautifully. Thank you for selling a product that actually holds up to its hype. I'm only waiting now to see how the auto chip reset works and how long the inks last. But all in all, I thank you for a great product at a reasonable price and with great shipping time.

Hi Izzy, Got the cartridges, and I will definitely order again soon, and recommend you to everyone in my homeschool group as well. Just wanted to say, I put your cartridges through the paces and they performed without a single problem, no hardware printer reset necessary (it took twelve resets for the Costco refills to be accepted by my HP printer), and the best is they do not leak half of their contents into the printer like the ones from Costco. Here's one from Canada which was just too good to leave out. We can't ship to Canada in the priority boxes we use for US shipments since that would cost over $20 a package. We thought about buying regular shipping boxes but we figured sending them in the type of boxes we do (pastry and cereal boxes, etc) would keep Customs from opening them and adding a VAT tax. So far it's been working. Dear Danny, Well I was sceptical that anything would work on my brand new epson workforce. The chipsetter I bought simply caused the printer to find the cartridges incompatible, even though they were low but not out of ink. I was sceptical when your cartridges arrived in a box that once held pastries. I was skeptical to see the black cartridge half the size of the original. But I put all the cartridges in place, happy they fit and after waiting for what seemed like an eternity of the machine saying it was charging ink, it was ready.. I ran off a print of my dog and damn but the quality was factory or better. Love it. You (or you guys) rock. Thank you and will be back for more.

Danny, I just wanted to do a follow-up. The new Epson NX515 arrived the same day as the ink cartridges I ordered from you. They installed without any issues and I am satisfied with the print quality. I sincerely appreciated the time and effort on your part in answering my many questions via email…and in a very timely manner. We just learned that the husband of one of our long-time customers has been on dialysis for years and is now about to receive his mother's kidney. They are raising money for the medical costs by selling a book of coupons which can be used at many hotels and restaurants. There are local versions of these books for many states. Danny – My order for the Epson Artisan 800 ink arrived yesterday, just in time for a fairly large print job. I had to change two cartridges before I finished so I used your new ones. Recognized both (after I finally put the right color in the proper slot) and all seems to be great. No differences in print coloring. Further tests will come when I have to used new inserts down the road. Thanks...

One for the books - our cartridges work where genuine Epson cartridges don't! Hi, I have an Epson RX680 that would not accept an original Epson Cyan Cartridge and the rest of the cartridges were almost full. I was on support calls with Epson for hours. They sent two more Cyan cartridges which were not recognized either and they finally determined my printer was bad. I had already stocked up on so many cartridges (at $69 a set), that I needed to buy an Epson printer that took the same cartridges, which I did. To my surprise, the new printer would not accept any of the cartridges from the old printer because they had been previously installed even though some were totally full. The new printer only worked after I put in the brand new cartridges supplied with it. Out of curiosity, I took all genuine Epson cartridges out of the printer that Epson assured me had a bad circuit board and replaced them with your compatible cartridges. Unbelievably, the “broken” printer now works fine! I plan to use only your cartridges with both of my printers. I will order the refillable ones next.

Customer has a Workforce 600 Hi Izzy; Just as you said, I received them today and they work fine. Everything prints like original. I will be placing another order for the color refills. I have original and your cartridges mixed and no problems so far!! When the printer says you're empty just remove the cartridge check ink level and pop it back in everything resets. Love it!!! Hi, I procrastinate for about 6 months wanting to buy your ink cartridges for my Epson R380 printer for half the price . The ink here in St. Louis, Mo cost right at $75.00 at Sam's Club. When I went to your testimonial page I notice someone have the same identical printer as me. That's when I decided to jump in with 2 feet. I have used the ink for about 3 weeks with no problems. Start up was a little bit of small drainage. I was able to solve the problem by adjusting the paper weight. . Now I have no problems at all. I don't see any difference in the ink. Besides I use cheapest paper that I can find and the best paper for pictures. Cartridge works out great for me. Thank You I will be ordering double the next time.

T078 single use cartridges in Artisan 50 Customer first called to say that he had tried other brands and they didn't work. I told him ours had worked in many Artisan 50s and if these didn't, we had a money-back guarantee. The first time he tried, they were not recognized. He emailed that once again he felt ripped off.
